Complete hydraulic system developed in collaboration with ALPEN TECHNIK S.R.L.
Hydroven supplied two 125 kW hydraulic power units, complete with steering cylinders, designed for the road transport operation of two straddle carriers.
The project involved the development of a complete high-performance hydraulic system, engineered to ensure reliability, operational continuity and precise control in demanding working conditions.
An integrated design approach.
The project went beyond simply supplying the power units.
Hydroven engineered the entire hydraulic architecture, also taking care of the on-board hydraulic piping engineering, to perfectly integrate components, layout and functionality.
The integration between the power unit, actuators and hydraulic lines was designed to ensure:
- stable and safe lifting
- smooth carrier translation
- precise steering control
- reliable management of operating cycles
